As soon as we recieve all required information about the event from you or your planner, we prepare a proposal with a detailed quote. We start our discussions from there and adjust the details as needed. After agreeing on an exact floral design we’ll send you a contract for review. Upon receiving your signed contract and the payment of your retainer fee your wedding date will officially be booked. We are able to adjust smaller details until around 30 days before the event (balance due date).
We would need all the details of your wedding : guest numbers, floral decoration item list, table design, shape of the tables, number of tables, location of the ceremony and dinner, approximate budget, color preferences (if you have them), inspiration images (not necessarily wedding flowers) in order to understand your taste and visualize the surrounding environment and aesthetic. We will create a mood board, detailed quote and sometimes digital design mock ups so that you can imagine your wedding day flowers and get a feel for the designs.
Starting budget is 2,000€ for high season (from May to September) in the South of France area (- 200km from Nice). We take smaller orders during the low season.
Sure, vases are included as part of our design.
We provide candles and candleholders with flowers to complete the tablescape alongside certain decoration items (like lanterns, rotin suspensions, etc). We can also recommend several rental companies that have more decoration items should you require.
Of course! We are happy to recommend vendors that will fit your style. We work with a lot of talented vendors and can provide examples of weddings we have created together. Photographers, planners, florists and your venue are the principal actors of the event so it is important to collaborate with each other.
