These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of floral design services by FloraLUXE Design for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and bespoke floral installations.
By accepting a proposal, signing a contract, or making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Each project is individually designed according to the client’s vision, requirements, venue, seasonality, and available floral resources.
Following an initial consultation, FloraLUXE Design will provide a personalised proposal outlining the services, estimated floral requirements, design concept, logistics, and pricing.
A proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
The date of the event is only secured once:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm and reserve the event date.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
FloraLUXE Design reserves the right to suspend preparation or services if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
Floral design is an artisanal and creative service using natural products.
Flowers and foliage are seasonal, living materials and availability may vary depending on weather conditions, growing seasons, market availability, and supplier conditions.
FloraLUXE Design reserves the right to substitute specific flowers, varieties, or materials with alternatives of equivalent quality, colour, texture, and aesthetic value while maintaining the overall design intention.
Minor variations between inspiration images and the final design are expected and reflect the uniqueness of each handmade creation.
Any significant changes requested after approval of the final proposal may result in additional charges.
Changes requested close to the event date are subject to availability and logistical feasibility.
Final guest numbers, venue restrictions, access requirements, and installation details must be communicated within the agreed timeline.
When installation and/or dismantling services are included, FloraLUXE Design will coordinate these according to the agreed schedule and venue requirements.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding venue access, restrictions, loading areas, installation times, and any requirements imposed by the venue.
Additional costs caused by unforeseen logistical constraints may be charged separately.
Due to the personalised nature of floral design services, the reservation of an event date involves significant preparation, creative development, supplier commitments, and administrative work.
In the event of cancellation by the client:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
A request to postpone an event will be considered depending on FloraLUXE Design’s availability.
A postponement cannot be guaranteed and may require adjustments to pricing depending on changes in flower availability, suppliers, seasonal conditions, or logistics.
Due to the bespoke and perishable nature of floral design services, refunds cannot be issued once preparation, sourcing, ordering, or production has commenced.
If FloraLUXE Design is unable to fulfil the agreed services due to exceptional circumstances beyond its control, reasonable efforts will be made to find an appropriate solution.
Unless otherwise requested in writing before the event, FloraLUXE Design reserves the right to use photographs of its floral designs for portfolio purposes, website content, social media, publications, and professional marketing.
Where applicable, photographer credits will be respected.
FloraLUXE Design shall not be held responsible for delays, failure to perform, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, venue closure, supplier failures, or major disruptions affecting operations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
If an amicable agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts under French law.
For consumer clients, mandatory legal provisions regarding jurisdiction remain applicable.
